The most important thing for human being and whole living things is water. 

Water acts as a lubricant for our joints, regulates our body. Water increases metabolic rate. 

Human body can survive without food for 3 weeks but can't survive for more than three days without water.it is necessary to drink water for fat burn. 

Human body made of almost 70% of water, every cell every muscle need water for build our self, that’s why these is very important to hydrate yourself time to time. There is process behind after having a meal from mouth to execration, process need to burn calories to take action.  

There is the best way to just lose your fat just by drinking water 

There is science behind it or we can called it our daily calculation of intake and lose calories. 

The more you burn your calories than the intake calories results that fat burn. 










 

Method of drinking water 

1) drink water at least of 4 litter for a day. 

2) after waking up the first thing you have to do is drinking at least 250 ml of warm water. You can drink water by mixing honey. (one table spoon for 1 glass of 250 ml) or lemon is also better alternative for honey. Those who don’t like honey 

But make sure that don’t add sugar or anything in it.  
3) now you decided to lose your weight, you have to avoid the sweet, sugary, and deep fried like stuff. 

These contain too much of bad calories causes increase in your weight rapidly.  

4) set an alarm for one hour, it will remind you to drink water, drink at least 250 ml (one glass) for every hour. 

5) don’t sleep just after having a meal.  

6)don’t drink too much of during a meal , prefer it after 30 or before 30 min.

Don't do this. Buy an earthen vessel like this it is healthy, keeps water cool costs 150-200 rupees in local market Don't drink water during and after eating your meals. When your eating, your digestive system is in process and generates heat in body. If u drink water, u r cooling down the temperature. Thus messing up with the entire fluids and the process. If your digestive system is screwed up, u cant lose weight Drink after 45 mins after having your meals It will take 7-10 days to get used to it. U might already know this coz I have talked about it in past Before u drink water, close your eyes make a positive wish for eg : u want a good job and say that to the water. and then sip it Pls try this method It really fulfils wishes It is positive affirmation Do like and comment.
